When do you go there? When ever you feel like it or during an event?

Oh and BTW, perks don't count there  :old:

Have you ever tried speaking to one of the admins that are hosting that event?

Perks may have registered there when arenas were tied together or by mistake. Usually for events perks are disabled and have no relationship with main arenas. Whether you need perks to fly certain planes is controlled by an arena setting.

Email support or better yet call HTC. See if they can reset your perks for the SEA.

You should never need perks for any ride in the SEA as far as I know.
