hmmm....I didnt know the A6 pilots also got 2 lives.  Woulda kinda liked to been a fighter pilot in this frame but flying a 200 mph bomber with nothing but a rear gunner was..................er...... ...fun too.

 I did this in a 109 once. Got my zoom mixed up and put 1 single pinh from the 20 into the flock that had just hit the runway. I got 7 kills on that 1 round  :rofl
 Good thing it was at the "go go go go" Thats a hard one to live down. I still get the comments "Let Doc take off first"

I don't feel so bad now. A few years ago I killed 2 friendlies on the runway. Dmd embarressing.  :lol

Haven't heard directly from Rraine yet, but I'd guess that he meant to toggle off his bombs before launching from the CV, and fired his cannon instead.  Because friendly planes "overlap" during those massed take-offs at the beginning of a frame, it can be impossible to accurately see your own instrument panel.
