If one is interested I suggest he flies with them for awhile before joining so he can see if the squad is what he envisioned. It also gives the squad a chance to see how he fits in.

If your not interested in him being in your squad then there is no reason for you to be posting in this thread.

I agree with Shuffler, let the kid look for someone who is open to recruiting him. Everyone keep their comments to themselves as he is trying to move on and giving him crap about past experience isnt helping anyone. Thanks.

Join the 777th Heavens Demons I was in that squad for a couple years. Now they need a another 12yr old. If you do ask for rockers and sing to him. A 12yr old to another trust me.
