My 38 was a brick tonite......

I couldn't get any alt, speed or anything. It took all I could muster to get a few kills in the pos before I'd get blown from the sky. After about the 10th sortie or so I realised I had two 1000lbers and 10 rockets strapped to the wings.  And no I wasn't drinking.

some of the Muppet's were in blue late last night and while i was sitting the tower...again.....i was listening to their chatter on squad vox.  

i was listening to Grizz, Sunbat, and Kappa as the were telling Ink (Mortis to you mortals) where the gang that was attacking him was coming from and which way the biggest threats to him were were etc etc as they were trying to close the 5k separation to get to him and clear his 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 highs mids and lows, (yes he was surrounded).  

well as they continued to call out the cons they began to also call out "damn!" "cool maneuver!" "nice turn!" "sweet shot!" and other things that if i posted here would get me Skuzzified.  

by the time they reach Ink he had destroyed i believe he said 4 of the bandits and smashed himself an escape hole through the bogie's.  

as Grizz passed Ink he exclaimed "Hey Ink, are you carrying drop tanks?"  

Ink responded with "S&%T, did i forget to drop those?"  

I guess the moral to the story is......Muppet's may not be the brightest stars in the sky, but when they shine they damn well rule it!!!!

I got killed in my P-38 by grizz on 2 seperate occasions and apparently you guys started using magnet-geoss rounds on your K4's.

I initiate rolling scissors, Get shot at my tail, YES! He only pinged me with his 13mm, Roll over to get the kill, and my tail falls off.

10 seconds between being hit and actually getting killed.

I hate you guys, giving me a shred of hope before pulling out the detonator and destroying my hopes, dreams, childhood innocence, stealing my girlfriend, Foreclosing on my house, Kicking my dog, and giving me a wet willie as I lay on the ground in the fetal position trying to reclaim the last shred of my sanity.

I got killed in my P-38 by grizz on 2 seperate occasions and apparently you guys started using magnet-geoss rounds on your K4's.

I initiate rolling scissors, Get shot at my tail, YES! He only pinged me with his 13mm, Roll over to get the kill, and my tail falls off.

That was a hell of a furball last night on Mindnao.  Was lots of fun, but believe me, we scattered our fair share of Bf109 parts across the map too.

I pounded the crap out of a 262 with my F4u, was hoping to get the kill on a Muppet, but got jumped by 4 or 5 others and ended up dieing again. My guess is the 262 limped home. Was a lot of fun last night tho.

IIRC we were only in 262s once last night, which was to intercept a very large mission heading to our SW base from the 5k base.  Other than that, we were mostly in K4s mixing it up.

yeah muppets were tight last night, friggin 109s all around, ruling the skies. I got a couple of muppet kills and assists, but most of my deaths were muppet related (thanks kappa) I hate flying against you guys but it was so much fun I couldnt stop upping for another beating.
