Until the late night cleaning crew comes in to the local Qwest office tonight and unplugs the router bank so they can run the vacuum cleaner - again!  ;)

I was on Qwest for a while, ended up eventually switching to Mcleodusa which uses the same qwest hardware in my area.

The difference was they had lower prices and better routing to AH.
Been very happy for the most part since I moved some 6 years ago, although their prices keep edging up.
But I really hate to give up a solid DSL connect for who knows what with some other company.

Oh, believe me! I'd switch right now if there was another high-speed option. After all, it's only been all summer that I, along with other residents in this area between Adrian & Nyssa have complained about slow (and stopped) connections. Unlike living in town, or near some population center, our options are very limited.

Right before they got it fixed (for now), I told them I may as well save myself $20 per month and go back to dial-up since DSL was running about that pace anyway. I told them it's pretty sad when dial-up will run a complex game like Aces High better that what we have now.

And, to add to the fire, I filed a complaint with the BBB and got a response back from them just yesterday, stating of course that Qwest is aware of the problem and that it would be repaired. So far.... ....so good, compared to what I've got posted above. :)
