Had one in in my first year of grad school, with a girlfriend and her best girlfriend. The actual act was
absolutely incredible. It will always be something I remember. Both were very cute, and very uninhibited.
BUT.... The following two weeks when my then- girlfriend and her best friend turned into she-tigers and had their friendship fall apart because of it, and subsequently my relationship with my girlfriend, were hell. There's only so much insane jeolousy that women can handle. Apparently, 3 ways cause an insane amount of jeolousy, because it cost three people decent friendships.
I would recommend that you know them, and not be involved with either as a long term commitment. That's difficult these days. In the end, if you doubt, you shouldn't jump into any sort of situation like that.
To the OP...
You are definitely worthy enough to be called a man. You made an adult decision about your own health and situation, which you should not regret at all. Anyone that says otherwise has never had the situation available to them, and simply want to live vicariously through others.
