  There are too many "rotting" in prison. I'd imagine after awhile you get used to the life and Im willing to bet many are happy with life as opposed to death. That said, every courtroom should have a courtyard out back with a floor drain and a hose. In cases where there is no doubt, sentence them to death, take them out back and save the taxpayers alot of money.

i was under the influence that we keep people alive in prison because killing them would be the "easy way out", but putting them in a room with nothing to do for the rest of there life would be more mental anguish on em as the victims family have to deal with....though it is real expensive.
