You can check your gunsights offline in a paint program. Also the file needs to be an 8bit black background bitmap file (.bmp) 128x128, 256x256 or 512x512 as general examples. When ever I do a full game install I backup from the new coad the sights directory as foundation stock. I have copies of most AH default sights semp. If you want I can post them in the POTW Members area at Pigsonthewing.org. I'll also throw in thin white line copies of them. I'm finding recreating all of the sights in thin with lines cuts down the visual clutter and contrasts very well against everything except the direct sun.
