did u use thermal paste between the HS and CPU? if not do so, dont use the little
pad they have sometimes. 60 to 70 degress C is waaaaaaaay hot. my P3 650 OCed to 866 only gets 30 C at most and im using it in
a desktop case. also make sure u have the
HD/CDrom/Floppy cables tucked away so air flow inside the case is not restricted.
try to have air flow in from opposite corner
of powr supply, and out near PS so u dont
draw heat from ur PS into CPU area.
