Just went into arenas menu to see if anyone was around and found it "LOCKED".  Any one know what that's all about?  :headscratch:

It's open now.

Sorry Puma. I set up the new campaign and left it locked.

The plan was to lock it between midnight CST and 1pm CST.

Due to the fact that this one emphasizes base capture, I didn't want to have anyone capturing bases against no opposition in the wee hours.

I can rethink the lock if enough people think it's a bad idea.
