I get at best 25 fps, usually about 9-15.  I have to have something set wrong, so help me out.

System:
PII350
64 pc100 ram
CL TnT2 Ultra 32mb vid

Fog table emulation enabled
Mipmapping is 0 levels, bilinear, best image quality.
Vsync is off
Anti-aliasing is enabled
texture memory is 6mb

Greek to me.

Running WB in hirez3d, I get 35-50fps.

make sure you have a aperature size set in bios. 32 for your particular set up. al adjust the "best picture" towards the faster setting.... you should be able to get better frame rates before you see a huge differance in picture quality. I had the exact card in my system but I ran it at the half way point.... the games seemed to have the same quality (have to look harder then I wanted to) but the frame rate picked up rather nicely.

Oddly enough, the frame rate DROPPED when I switched from 800x600 to 640x480!

I will set the arpeture size and the pic quality and see if that helps.

Thanks
