Reference h/w s/w configs to share

I think it would help each other if we could share a list of known h/w s/w configs and frame rates. Yes, I know there are a zillion cfg's but better to have something to compare against than nothing. Store info such as:
AH release, cpu, mem, video cards, frame rate max. with shift-f1, shift-f2, shift-f3. Then players can pick the nearest known working cfg and figure whether they are + or - 20% of the FR someone else is getting whether they're way off beam. Then they can zero in on other settings through the BB maybe.

good idea i agree but what if u flying a buff u need the external views to bomb targets
