I wonder what goes through people's heads when they go out drinking. They have to get back home somehow and their car is parked in the parking lot so a cab is out of the question.

It saddens me to know there are idiots in this world that cause tragedy like this when it could've been avoided...

Godspeed :salute

Same thing as when people insist on talking/texting on their cell phones while driving. They think their good enough to do both.
 99% of the population, aren't.

Rough trip.
Sorry for your loss Sooner. And for the loss of his family

I absolutely hate drunks and folks who drive drunk. I've been hit by one and my wife's older sister was killed by one. You do have a constitutional right to drink but there is no right to be stupid.

I lost a good friend 2 years ago to a drunk driver.

I think if you get caught drunk driving it should be an automatic 10 years in prison.

Sorry for your loss Sooner.
