MOTD automatic pop-up

My AvA squads motd automatically pops up anytime you log into the arena.

One of my squaddies says he can't get his MA squad motd to do this and would like to.

Any reason why they are different?

I just set the MOTD for our squad; however, upon re-entering the same arena, I can't get the MOTD to popup?  I have to go to Oclub-View Squad MOTD to see it...

Any Ideas?

Not a fix but there is an alternate to going into O'Club to view it.
The dot command .showsquadmotd will display a squad motd.

Yeah I was hoping to get a response from HTC as to what could be a fix... as we would like to use the Squadron MOTD for Squadron Announcements etc.

15 minutes of searching and I can't find it though.

yeah ive posted this in the last year, just one more undocumented feature which doesnt look like it'll get fixed.

apologies for my grumpy comment, Ive just spent almost a week creating workarounds for some bugs in our backend accounting system (ie. wasting my time jury-rigging someone elses software). bugs that I submitted to them 4 years ago ...
