Users of the NTT1001 File

After the game update (2.21 patch 0), the NTT1001.bmp file that put textures under things like towns and ports is no longer being used.  The TE (2.20 patch 3) shows the NTT1001 texture.  But after building the resource file and opening the terrain in the game, the texture is missing.  Ports now look like they inherit the underling terrain texture.

Does the NTT1001 file work in the game for anyone else?
Is there a switch that needs to be flipped to get it to work or is it gone for good?

You're right, it doesn't show now in the default brrport. If you check, it was built directly into the old brrport before the update.
Easy in-game again.
