It is enabled in both Late War arenas.  It is not available in the Early or Mid War arenas.  It is enabled in the Dueling Arena (bomber section).  It is also enabled in the Training arena.

i beg to differ.. its not in blue right now

maybe i should relog in and see.


ok i tried in orange, it's there.. still not in blue..
