Aces High Trainer Corps website can! Go to "level bombing techniques" and particularly take note of the "Calibrating Your Bombsight" section. With proper calibrated bombsight = pinpoint accuracy, without it = holes in the landcscape.
On climbing - Besides a reasonable fuel loadout you need a lot of patience. And use auto climb "alt-x", I saw in your film that you were trying to climb manually. You were constantly pulling too much, getting too slow and just wasting energy in stalls. Use autotakeoff & autoclimb for the best steady climbrate.
