Offline Skin View Bug

Uh, trying to skin and it won't let me pull up any of the skins  :headscratch:. Also had someone else confirm this and my game is up to date, so I don't know what is wrong... :cry

No when skinning, you are supposed to show your skin on offline mode, but in offline mode it is not showing any of the skins.  :old:
