Cipher (a.k.a. "The Demon Lord")
108th Tactical Fighter Squadron
"Wardog Squadron"

Not really.

Here's why, in real life battle lines tended to be pretty static, moving slowly, straightening out a bulge here, or exploiting a gap there.  But tracked daily battle lines in WWII were slow moving ponderous things. Also during WWII small things like a well constructed barn in a strategic location swapped owners back and forth several times. Small terrain details that we'd hardly see from the air would make a significant impact.

Aces High, while it does in part model the ground war, is much more about the air war.
Battle lines can shift dramatically in an hour, in some cases maps are (or were) won in half a day.

So the question becomes what advantage there is to us the players, in having a drawn battle line like your suggesting? What is that going to give us that we don't already have. And why do we need it, badly enough to allocate dev resources to building it? When we could be getting other new planes, vehicles, or features.

Good enough Idea, but flesh it out a bit, think it all the way through. Look at it from ALL sides.
