Will a Asus P2B board handle a Coppermine Celeron 566? Or will I have to upgrade?

Overclock capabilities?

I am running an Asus P3V4X With a Coppermine.

Note: Get an Asus Slot1 adapter if you are gonna use one. Asus boards seem Reeeaal particular about them.
I had nothing but problems with a generic adapter. Had to underclock my machine just to get it to post even. Changed adapters and everything solved.

Earlier P2B revisions have a problem supplying 1.65v to the CPU. You can get round this if you get a FCPGA chip and a slotket, many of which can step down the voltage for the motherboard.

Otherwise, with the latest BIOS, the P2B supports Coppermine CPUs and I don't see why it shouldn't support Celemines.

I have an ASUS P3V4X and I use an Iwill Slocket II. Works just fine.. OCing a PIII 600e to 800 on it.
