every time i try to log in the account admin. i type my account id and password and hit ok then it just sends me strait to the main home page again and again.why is it doing that?

Are you typing the information wrong? 


Might wanna go back and check that your credit card is valid and actually have money on it.

Call the HTC office.

no i tryed again on a friends PC and it worked so it must just my computer.

Call them directly to change cc also.
