Thought you guys might want to know about this if you haven't seen it already. It was in Yahoo news yesterday and I don't know how long ago this happened but the guy was working as one of the lead developers on Company of Heroes Online.

You know this is a tragic story, and the part about the other driver taking off her sweater (hence causing the collision) really  :furious me off.  However, as much as I hate to be a naysayer here, is there any chance the guy was just reacting to a massive SUV coming straight at him by braking and trying to veer right, and out of the way?  Seems like it would be the natural reaction for most anyone.  I guess it doesn't make it as powerful a story, but I'm guessing it was more gut instinct than anything else.  Of course I can't know for sure, since I wasn't there.

Either way, it's a sad case.   :frown:
