We Droid users can't be left out.

Google maps is probably the biggest one I've gotten so far.

Anyone else?

Scanner Radio!  Hooks up with radioreference.com to listen to my local scanner, for free!

Google Voice is another great one and is a great improvement over conventional voice mail.
