DIY Cockpit...ULTIMATE
« on: February 01, 2011, 04:13:06 PM »
"This is the coolest thing I have ever seen." -- Butt-head

In the land of driving and flying games we all wish that we had something better than what we use or at least a dedicated space to play our games without having to sacrifice time from our game time to setup or to constantly push people (family members) to get either get off the computer or whatever.

Well today I was on a quest in my free time to find some inspiration to build my home simpit and make it great. This was after I read a post over at SimHQ about this fabled amazing cockpit that comes from underneath the floor. Well boys and girls here it is...Youtube in all its frivolity and stupidity is a great resource for people that want some inspiration.

Here it is without further adieu....

Yeah well it was from a CRX and the things I did with my girlfriend (now wife) in my CRX...well lets just say its a good thing I totaled that car because I seriously doubt anyone would have wanted those seats.

Nope it isn't mine I was just scouting around looking for ideas and this one came up with some serious searching on Youtube. I am kinda glad it isn't mine since I wouldn't be able to play around in it much since my wife would take it and the house and the kids and require alimony, and child support...then I would be SCREWED!

I have that Logitech G25, It's very very good. The Force Feedback is amazingly strong, It'll shake your house and SimPit apart.  :lol
