Not a wish as much as a question.

Does anyone know if the planned new H2H will use an individual's PC as the hosting server or will players be allowed to host H2H arenas on HTC's servers?

Last word I saw from HiTech, the servers will be HTC hosted/player controlled. Of course, that was months ago and the plans could change by the time it's released.
