Must I d/l all HiRes Pack to fly the new Mossie?

Hi,

I have a big doubt... I currently run Aces High in low res. My processor and GC does not allow me more. To fly the new Mossie I must download the High-Res Pack? And I must install it? Completely? Or just the Mossie files?

Every plane can be flown in any texture-size.  128/256/512/1024/2048 just indicate how nice the game looks.  To get the nice looking cockpit (very clear panels/dials/etc) in the new mossy (first plane using 2048) yes you'd need 1024/2048 texture size and the Hi-res installed but everything important is shown in every Texture size.

You CAN fly the new mossie WITHOUT the hirez pack. If your computer can't handle the hirez stuff don't try and run it. The F4Us have a hirez version, though its only 1024, but you can still fly it with the lower resolutions.

The high resolution texture pack is optional.  It has no impact/effect on what mannable objects you can select, in the game.

Oh... I had undertood it all wrong! I thought it was mandatory, lol!
