OK....first we need to know your Computer system.  If you arent sure....ask for help to determine it.  What is the CPU  300 Mhz?
How Much RAM...32 Megs?.......What Video Card....Monster? ......How much video RAM? .....These all relate to your computer.
Do you have DirectX7.0 installed?  Do you have the latest 3DFX drivers installed.
Looks kinda intense.....but it is actually easy to find out most of this in the computer itself.  Do you know where to find this info?     We all were new at one time or another.  And we all need help too!
So ask and you shall receive!

Generic Video Card....lets find that first.
Go to CONTROL PANEL.  Double Click on SYSTEM.  Click on DEVICE MANAGER tab.  Then go to SOUND, VIDEO and GAME CONTROLLERS.  Click on the + next to it.  Your video card is listed there.
It may also list Drivers too.  Write them down.  (You can additionally click on it once and then select PROPERTIES. )  That will give you version numbers.  Then we can go from there.
