mir vs IrishOne

Round 1 - F4U-1A - IrishOne

Round 2 - P38-J - IrishOne

The third fight, in P47-D11's, was simply awesome.

Fantastic flying, especially those nose-high reversals!

It was great talking to you during the duels!

Spitfires are incredibly lame, but Mossie's are awesome. Perk the BOSS fighter!

Still no answer from my response to Moelders.  If anyone knows him, please ask him to check his PM's.

Well, here I am.  Late again but better late than never.  This seemed to be a pretty tough week considering how few players we have so let's start with some housekeeping.

Moelders
Spit Mk I
Changeup

Chageup advances by forfeit as he posted consistently in this thread trying to get his duel arranged with no response from Moelders.

Vino
Spit Mk XVI
SEraider

Vino advances by forfeit as he posted on 9/27 with no responses by SEraider.

SWneo
Spit Mk XIV
PapaJohn

Neither player posted so PapaJohn advances by a random draw.

MickyD
Mosq Mk VI
TC

Both MickyD and TC tried to arrange their duels.  Although TC didn't post in this thread until late I was PM'd along the way.  MickyD and TC are granted a 48 hour extension to get their duels in and, in fact, I won't be home from work until about 10:00 PM Tuesday night so you have until then.

The following duels are deemed disputed as results in both cases were posted by the winner.

perdweeb
FM2
DrBone

prono
Mosq Mk VI
DCCBOSS

Films must be posted no later than midnight CDT Monday, October 4th and the review committee has until midnight Tuesday, October 5th to verify the results.
Of course, if the loser posts the same results then the films won't be nessesary.

And finally Assi is now DMBear in-game.  His duels are still being arranged by L0nGb0w.

Other than that I hope everyone had fun in the first round.  I was thinking I could feel the love in this thread as the week went on.      We need a puke emoticon.   :D

So here's the next round except for those contested results and the extension.  Considering my work schedule I may not post next round match-ups until they are all settled (Tuesday night).

Oops, I just noticed there wasn't a plane matchup for one of the duels.  It is:

DMBear
La-7
Cursed

Sorry about that.  It will be updated in the next bracket posting.
