SdKfz 251/22
« on: September 27, 2010, 09:32:04 PM »
SdKfz 251/22- an SdKfz with a Pak-40 mounted on top. It would likely be used as a fast town killer, ambush weapon, and camp breaker. Might need the ENY of the T-34 lowered to 30 since this thing has no armor to speak of, but has a decent gun.

Would also give us a relativly easy to add GV that will let us see how limited traverse would affect other TD's, and wether or not it might merit a reduction in perk cost, or even if this type of thing is something we want.

Seems like this would be easier to add if we're willing to use a KwK 40 instead of a Pak-40 (not entirely sure what the difference is, but its my understanding that there IS a difference).

I'll once again vouch for the addition of multiple M3 and SdKfz 251 variants.  Both of those 2 vehicles could provide multiple roles from a single chassis.  AT guns, indirect/direct fire support, AA (like the M16), etc.

Phatzo, I understand THAT, but there is no difference preformance wise? If not, then we've got all the major components already in the game.
