how do i do this? when i download it will it automaticly take effect on the game? or do i gotta place it in one of the AH files? ive never downloaded a soundpack b4

Unzip it & then replace your default, empty AHII/Sounds folder with the new Sounds folder.  Real easy.

Copy the stuff in the folder, open file location in aces high(right click on it) go to sounds folder, delete stuff in it PASTE the sound pack In it and save and exit!

Got a question how do I get rid of a old sound pack to try a new one or go back to the default sounds????

you have to find where it was downloaded to then drag those files into your "Sounds" folder in your HiTech Creations folder.

I would recommend making your default sounds "Sounds_B" so you can divert to them if you want to go back to default.



and I have now grown attached to the "Clear for takeoff"  

I cant find it at all though.

it wouldnt let me download it, whenever i click download, it pops up "oops! this link appears to be broken"

i got it to download, but now i have a new problem. it doesnt download to my desktop like your photos in the other topic show, im using google chrome, and a msg pops up at the bottom of my screen when im downloading it. after its downloaded, it only gives me the options to:

open.
allways open folders of this type.
show in folder
cancel.



am i doing something wrong or do i actually need to click one of those?

normally I'd say don't open until you locate the file on your comp but Rangers files are safe to open.  Just make sure you know where you're extracting them to.  Unzip them, follow the instructions above, and boom your sounds will be rockin.

thanks for dumbing it down for me ranger i swear to god if it wasnt for people who can actually tolerate my stupidity on the computer id probably still be figuring out how to turn the darn thing on
