Is this "own a base at a certain time" or is it "be the first side to grab that base"? I'm just worried about the upgrades being determined during off hours.

i will be setting up objectives. if one is reaches ie base taken and held by 12am Est., then upgrade will be put in place. or if no goals are reached, i may just upgrade anyway.
