Not until the Hobbit and the Avengers come out. Besides, the dates on the whole end of the world thing are fuzzy.  Ancient Mayan is hard to translate.

They never predicted the end of the world, that's just when there calendar ends.

Much the same way ours ends on dec 31st

There is a new theory that the conversion is off by 50 + years using the Gregorian calendar.
