Jed, get a free copy of Ping Plotter here http://www.pingplotter.com/freeware.html

run it for couple of minutes then post a copy of the report. When you X out of the program it will ask you if you want to save it.

Here are some AH IP address's you will need to ping. Just one address will be fine. Whichever arena you frequent

Axis vs Allies, Dueling, Early, Mid, Late War Blue Main Arena Server Address: 206.16.60.39
All WW1 Dogfight Arenas, Training, Late War Orange: 206.16.60.41
Special Events: 206.16.60.38

I guess my problem is how to post the report on here, I don't see anywhere to attach a file and can't copy or paste it. Maybe it is easier then it seems and I just don't know how to figure it out? I can save it to my computer but how do I get it here?

Is this what your looking for?  It only had 25% packet loss, a bunch of times it says 100% packet loss.  All of this over my head..but if you have any suggestions I would appreciate it? Thanks !!!!

I was having similar problems a while back.

I called my cable co. and they came out and lo and behold, some thing on the pole outside was sketchy.

Problem solved!

Hope it turns out that easy for you to remedy!  :salute

I assume you've read this. That's a good place to start, but it sounds like you might have already.

That is more than enough packet loss to make you loose a connection.

What type of internet are you using?

My guess is Road Runner.  Lots of packet losses on their end.

Reboot your cable/dsl modem (unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in) and if the issues are still present, you're gonna have to complain at them enough until they fix it.

You might also try unplugging the modem overnight, as this may force it to take on a new IP address (and routing information)... but I wouldn't expect miracles.
