Offline mission issues

I'm having trouble getting offline missions to work.  I moved the files to the corresponding folders but they still don't show up when I look for them in game.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Disregard.  Problem fixed.

Others have this problem from time to time. How did you fix it on your system?
