Ki-43 all the way. Hope we get the II and III versions as well. Wish the Ki-44 was on there. Was close one for me between the Ki-45 and Ki-43, but I would like to see the Ki-43 esp in the special events. At least we are getting the Betty.

HTC has added the B29 because its what a portion of the community wants. Its very good business, although I do hope the A26 wins

I kinda hate to say it, but given the likely choices for the winner, the B-29A and A-26B, I kinda see this as a chance to get the B-29A monkey off of our backs once and for all, never having to endure a B-29 thread again.

Of course, we'd then be inundated with requests for the nuke.

I voted for the Me410.  Why?  Because I don't think anything Japanese or Russian has a shot and the Beaufighter is too obscure for most Americans (and the talk on 200 is very, very different than the talk on the forums, and much less informed) and the Me410 is a neat aircraft.

Truth be told, the only aircraft on the list I will be annoyed if it wins is the A-26.

Me, I voted Ki-43.

I wont be yelling "hooray" if the B-29 wins it. Its use in SEA events will be very restricted. Much as I dont care for the A-26 at least its an a/c that I can see in a SEA setup for ETO 1945. That being said, any new plane is welcome, and yes, even the B-29 limited as though I think its use is.

You realize the Ki-45 was a sub-par underperformer with a light armament, dogmeat to even P-40s, and that its only real claim to fame was late-war dual-purpose as a night fighter (something AH doesn't do) and a kamikaze plane (something AH doesn't do), and that it never saw service with the originally intended long-range-escort role it was designed?

Vote for what you want anyways. I remember being very skeptical the P-39 would see the light of day in AH just because of its reputation amongst the players but was glad it got enough notice in the voting process it was added eventually.

Beaufighter. I like but but it fills no holes in the planeset. Its a slower Mosquito VI.

I think it's going to be between the B-29 and the A-26 just because people think they're "neat" and from how they think the planes perform from watching the History Channel.

If it's more manoeuverable than the B-25, and uglier than the Mossie....I might just fly it a lot someday
