It seems to me,if I remember correctly biggest issue was with connection/modem? I imagine getting any kind of support in the Alaskan bush to be a long, trying time with provider.
Is that still the problem greens? I guess a lot of Techs there fly to get to customers? Tell them you want to fly to, lol. I hope issues get resolved soon for you.
