I'd second the request for a preliminary planeset!

The time frame of the scenario is February 1944 thru April 1945. There will be six frames and an organizational frame to allow both sides to work out any kinks in their operations and C3.

Plane set will include for the Allies - P-47D11, P-47D28, P-47M, P-51B, P-51D, P-38J, B-17G and B-24J.

Plane set will include for the Axis - Bf-109G2, Bf-109G6, Bf-109G14, Bf-109K4, Me-110G, Me-163, Me-262, Fw-190A8, Fw-190D9, Ta-152H

I hope you will come join us for..

Always remember, Its about the pilots and crew, then and now.

looking at this planeset, will there be progressive additions to the planeset as the frames are completed?

You go here and you deal with it
Not quite what I meant.  Little information about the event, as it is currently being reviewed in great detail, may be available.

That is during the conceptual part Krusty, frankly, the scenarios I most enjoyed had very detailed plans and a great deal of effort into the training of those plans.

Right now, it doesn't take a master planned battle to attract a CO and players.  When the event is underway, there had better be a great deal of planning.

As for the last 15 minutes, again, to my point.  If the CO can team build, draw players, attract team mates, involve them in the event from the onset, they will draw a nearly full field during the event.  That, again, is up to both the CO to draw the players and the CMs to provide a stable event condition so that the COs can count on there efforts not being wasted.

If the CO changes his orders around at the last minute, does not involve the players, keeps them clueless and uninformed and uninvolved, you can guarantee the same return on game day.  Lack of enthusiasm and participation.

If the CMs do the same by changing things up at the last minute, they will reap the same rewards as well.  Hence the stability on our end allowing for the immersion on yours.

Yes, each unit will upgrade it's equipment as they actually did.

(face palm)  D25, sorry about that.  Was reading P-47s combat reports this afternoon and it must have stuck in my head.

Gents, this is all we are going to release until we have all the ducks in a row, settings tested, and rules finalized.

When it is ready to go, we will release a schedule.

Very interesting. Might I ask if a look into the past has helped inspire this? I seem to recall reading some of the S3s in WBs had more frames as well. Figuring out what's worked in the past and trying to incorporate it again, that sort of thing?

Never heard of S3s.  Well, except for the Viking.

The WB equivelant to a scenario? Wasn't that "S3"? Maybe I am getting the name wrong.

Then how come the 38s never obtain the L models?

Because the units in question never received the L model, obviously.
