Billing for European clients?
« on: October 20, 2010, 08:44:21 PM »
Hi all, I'm not sure this is the right place for this question but here it is

I'm planning on subscribing in the near future. However, I'm from the Netherlands and sending out checks or cash to the US is abit of a handful for me (and costly!).
Therefore, is there some kind of paypall or banktransfer option to subscribe? (in other words, paying without leaving this comfy chair  :aok )

Thanks and hopefully see you in the air soon!

EDIT: I'm sorry if this has already been answered

Yes I have a debitcard myself, but how do I use it? I don't see an accountnumber of HTC anywhere and the ingame account program only asks for a cc number

A debit card works the same as a credit card...so just put in the card number and expiry as normal. (it is a visa/mastercard debitcard? not just an ATM card)
I believe you guys might have in house type cards (other than Visa/Mastercard..not sure if they work though)

We can all say this and that but if you really want to know email billing@hitechcreations.com for a true answer to your questions.  There are plenty to people from Europe playing, so I am sure it can be resolved this way.

Well, I am from Norway and I typed in my Visa information when I subscribed and that was that. Been a paying customer for almost 4 years since then, so I recon it worked all fine..  :aok  :D

theres no HTC paypal account (not sure why), or bank account details for BACS payment. credit cards work, debit cards dont currently. I believe they are looking into sorting it out for debit cards ingame (they require a CCV and theres nowhere to enter it atm.)

best to email them.

Paypals rates are ridiculously high.

There was no warning about the requirement for the CCV to be used in conjunction with the debit card from overseas banks.  HiTech is working on a solution.

Right now you can contact Carrie and she can manually put in the debit card/CCV so you can use a debit card.
