I hate to burst your bubbles folks, but having stall limiter turned on will always put you at a disadvantage against someone that doesn't have it on.  You will not be able to fly your plane to the edge of the envelop with it on, while the other person with it off can and give him the upper hand in an angles fight.  Pure E fighting it isn't as much as an issue but it will still handicap you when trying to go for quick deflection shots on your pass, while the other guy will have that much more of an easier time avoiding your pass with a hard break that you couldn't match because the stall limiter won't let you exceed your AoA.

It's a good learning tool to get you over the hump of the learning curve for the flight model and it should be turned off once you've gotten familiar with how planes fly in here.
