The names of the irrelevant have been changed to protect their irrelevance.
The names of the innocent and the guilty have not been changed.
As for the innocent, everyone needs to know they are innocent –
As for the guilty… they can suck it.

Well who watched it? What did ya think? I liked the fact that they gave these 4 men a chance to tell part of their story.  I loved the color footage. I didnt like the fact that they just touched on specific raids ( but maybe thats the WWII nerd in me )

Bet Steve Pisanos would be disappointed to hear it's untold, since he wrote is biography already :)  4th FG pilot flying Jugs and 51s.  His book is "The Flying Greek"

Nice website if you want to buy the book :)

I watched it this evening while laying sick in bed and while it was nice hearing the stories of the various pilots and Andy Rooney's experiences, the show didn't seem to be very well researched.  P-47s and German planes dogfighting at over 500mph at 25,000ft?

Though hearing the stories from Joe Armanini really gave my fiance some insight into what her uncle went through as a bombadier in B-17, she never really understood what he had done or what his experiences were like over there.
