From what I read, Wargaming.net dev team received a lot of complaints from Euro players and removed it.

If this release is on time the first time, I'll be surprised, pleasantly.

No wipe, soft or hard, for this patch. There is a possible soft wipe when the larger team and clan units are enabled for our section of the beta, but only if there is a need to modify the database.

I don't like the Abbey map they did...it basically only allows use of 2/3 of the map since they have this massive canyon on one side of the map.
