The runway was up hill, in both directions.

 :lol

Does this mean we'd get weather effects too?  Can't have that runway without two feet of snow to trudge through.:)

You really think a "Vets Arena" is going to somehow have better game play than the normal arenas?  It's just going to be the same style of game play as any of the other late war arenas.

ack-ack

I'll only go into it if I'm issued a 12 layer Jell Hemmroid cushion and New Orleans Cat House Red Fuzzy Bunny slippers..... :x

And that trolling trollop Cobia only flys C47's.

When I see AvA with more pilots I would almost entertain that idea.

We used to have arenas that were covered in deep snow, and we had to walk our avatar to the plane. It was hell.

What's scary is I have memories of very early AH being walked from the tower to the plane and then seeing the canopy close.  Not even sure if that's an accurate memory :)

Never flew Warbirds, and Airwarrior didn't have that.

Maybe we need the geriatric arena for the slower reflexed players like me? :)

I don't know about the canopy part, but yes, we did walk to the plane in AHI :)

It was a very fast "walk", like 75mph or so as I recall.

Why do we need to cater to animal doctors? I just don't get it.
