Throw that book away, LISTEN to your Sgt's! THEY will train you correctly. You will hear that more than once on your way.
Trust your NCO's judgement call, seek Squad Leader input, learn about every soldier in your platoon.
ALWAYS keep your Troopers informed, talk to the men, not only NCO's.
Last but not least- KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN LIEUTENANT! and bellybutton TO THE BLAST!
