Because it's a game file. If you install a custom sound setup then you'll be able to see and edit them.

Yeah, the custom sounds are built-in. The sounds folder is for custom sound files. I recommend Ranger's updated soundpack.

Yeah wasp.. they changed how they do the sounds...
It's all in one file now. The Sounds folder is simply to install a sound-pack.
Basically, if a specific sound is in the sounds folder, AH will use that sound instead of the 'built in' one.
