Well, the chinese did park their submarine in the middle of US carrier convoy and bullied them by surfacing there...
I wonder if that was intentional or if there is a black story none of us know about. In any event they revealed a capability that in my estimation was a God send to the US military. This country needs capable enemies if we are to remain vigilant.
