In cali as far as I know if anything goes over on your property you can legally cut it.  We have big trees in our back yard and they go over the fence, they cut ours and we cut theirs.

same here where i live the neighbors apple trees Branch's hung really far over into a easement way, after talking to him he was fine with cutting them back, if I'm not mistaken the person who owns the trees is responsible from letting them intrude to far onto your property more-so if it's creating a mess, they also make a fine mesh 1/4" x 1/4" squares you can stretch over the pool while not in use keeps all the leaves out and when you pull it off it brings all the leaves with it, I've seen a couple people use this idea works on above ground and in ground pools, they also have roll out pool covers either electric or manual roll

There is a small exhaust port in the tree, find it, and fire your lasers into it. After, you will have 10 seconds to get the fudge out of there before the neighbors catch you and call the cops.

The electric fences aren't down... IT'S A TRAP!!!

how ya going to do that without Han and Chewie covering your six? HUH?

My wife is a Rumpole fan, she started off with them on her talking books but then she had me get all the TV seasons for her.

1-drill hole at base
2-insert root killer

tree go bye bye.   :bolt:

I forgot to add the tree will start to look sick and diseased.  Then have a tree removal company come out to inspect it.  They will advise removal.  Split the cost with your neighbor.  Poof   ;)
They call it "common sense", then why is it so uncommon?

Tell your neighbors they are welcome to use your pool when you arent home, but they have to keep the pool clean of leaves. Of course if your luck is like mine, Moonbeam would find a way to drown and then Athena would sue ya silly.
