What's the movie where the guy makes the sound every time he talks on the radio?

it doesn't really matter what HE would want it to change to, it could be anything from a realistic radio sound from a voice screaming "MAIL!" just like the ability we have to use different and random gunsigths

Since he came up with this idea I assumed he might have some Idea to what he would use as a sound.

last time im posting it for you, otherwise im going to mark you off as a troll and just ignore you.

its not really a squak. it sounds kind of like a muffled static discharge.

you can hear it at the begining and end of every time the guy talks.

you can hear it at the very begining of the vid aswell.

I still cant hear whatever sound you're pointing too.  but I still think it's a non-issue and you're getting obsessed with it.

I like it, I turned the beep off a while ago, but to make it a new sound I think would add to the realism.
