The speeds are actually very close to each other. Fencer initially announched that 110C was subbing for the Ki-46 but it's actually subbing for the Ki-45 instead.

i thought the same thing and was going to say something until i looked up the performance specs on the f4f-4, f2a2/b339e and the f2a3/b439...unfortunately the b239 in ah is the best match.

i gave up on listening to all the BrewBrew knowhow months ago. i was just making a tease at this stuff here that was going around in dozens of threads when the Brewtard came out....
