I can just hear the dog thinking. "If that chute don't open, you'll die a eunuch."

I find that somewhat cruel........ The dogs cant intake O2 like we do when they are that high. Won't the blood vessels expand and explode?

Examining the pic, no O2 needed.  They're good to go.

O2 is only necessary when climbing to a higher altitude quickly. Slow, progressive climb is much less dangerous.
