i've actually the wingman 3D extrem USB
but the stick rudder seems to spike alot (was obliged to higher the dead band value)

I'm looking for a cheap one , less than 70$

   The Microsoft Procission Pro is a nice stick w/ Rudders in the Handle, and is about 69.00 dollars with a 20 buck mail in rebate

Get a saitek x36 for 60 to 80 usd. Its what i have i think its great. Its usb stick +throttle. Just make sure you get the latest software for it.

PS I had a Logitech Wingman Digital 3d and its a PILE OF CRAP!

Cheap joystick there is no substitute for the Saitek X36
others may be $20 cheaper but the saitek is actually a separate throttle and stick.

Microsoft PrecisionPro here:
About 3years old but no spikes.
Stick don't have any potentiometers (throttle maybe?) so all movements are really smooth

Just bought MS Precision Pro 2 (USB) as a substitute stick for my gf office when I'm there - £25, that's less than $40...

And no, no potentiometers at all in MS sticks - it's all (including throttle) feeding of one quartz crystal, truly amazing how they did it.
